# Connecting your Agent

## 🤖 Connecting Your AI Agent to Mission Control

Connecting your AI Agent to Mission Control is a quick and simple process. Once linked, Mission Control can automatically route all outbound messages and replies through your AI Agent, allowing it to handle responses over **email** and **SMS** in real time.

### 🔑 Step 1: Access the Agents Tab

After logging in to your **Mission Control** account, open your profile menu and navigate to\
**Account → Agents**.

This is where all AI Agents linked to your Mission Control account will appear.\
You can add, remove, or test agents from this page.

### ➕ Step 2: Add a New Agent

Select **Add Agent** to open the connection setup window.\
You will see fields for:

* **Agent Name** (for internal reference, e.g. “Outbound Sales Bot”)
* **Description** (optional, helps identify the agent’s purpose)
* **Agent API Key**

### 🔐 Step 3: Retrieve the API Key from Raia Launchpad

1. Open your **Raia Launchpad** account.
2. Go to your AI Agent’s **Skills** tab.
3. Under **API Skill**, locate your **API Key**.
4. Copy this key securely.

This key connects your Launchpad Agent with Mission Control.

### 🔗 Step 4: Enter the API Key in Mission Control

Return to Mission Control, paste the copied **API Key** into the **Agent API Key** field, and click **Add Agent**.\
You can also test the connection by selecting **Test Agent** before saving.

Once added, your Agent will appear in the **AI Agents** list.<br>

### ⚙️ Step 5: Verify Agent Skills

Before launching campaigns, make sure your AI Agent in **Raia Launchpad** has both the **Email Skill** and **SMS Skill** fully configured.\
These skills allow Mission Control to send and receive messages across both channels without issues.

If either skill is missing or incomplete, Mission Control will not be able to deliver outbound messages correctly.

### ✅ Connection Complete

Your AI Agent is now linked and ready to manage conversations for your campaigns.\
Mission Control will use this connection to:

* Send outbound emails and text messages.
* Automatically route replies to your AI Agent.
* Track all performance data and message logs inside your Mission Control dashboard.

You are now ready to upload your contact list and launch your first campaign.
