What does Mission Control do?

Mission Control empowers your AI Agent to reach out to a list of uploaded contacts via SMS or email. It sends the first message to spark a conversation, then seamlessly routes the outcomes back to your CRM or any connected application.

How does it work?

Start by creating your Agent in Raia Launch Pad. Then add it to Mission Control to set instructions for your outbound campaign. Finally, upload your contacts, add context, and launch.

Quick Tour

To use Mission Control, the first step is to connect your AI Agent you have built in raia Launchpad that will be having conversations with the contacts (via SMS or E-Mail). Like all raia Applications you connect your Agent by entering the API Key of the Agent.

Next step, is to upload Contacts you want the AI Agent to reach out to directly via SMS or Email. You can upload your existing CSV or Excel and we will import the contacts for your campaign.

Once you have your Contact List ready, you can launch your Mission (A mission is simply a campaign with instructions for your AI Agent to execute).

And once your mission is launched, you can view statistics, conversations and the overall results of your mission.
