## Launch Tab

In the Launch Tab, you'll be able to see and keep track of the **Agent's Email and Agent's Phone Number for SMS.**

## Live Chat Embed Code

Clicking on View will give you access to the code needed to embed the Live Chat feature into your website.

Once clicked you'll be able to just simply copy it and paste.

## Launch Skill Viewing

On the Launch Tab itself, if the skills Webhook and Functions are assigned to the AI Agent, they'll be given tabs that you can simply click to be directed to them instantly.

## Agent Status

You're able to switch Agent Status with a simple click on the Launch Tab.

## QR Code

You're able to scan the QR code which opens the LiveChat in a seperate Tab.

## Clicking on Email & SMS

You're able to click on the Email and Phone Number.

Clicking on the Email will open a Gmail tab with the Agent Email Already Inserted.

Clicking on the Phone Number will open a Tel Link.
