# Sign up via Invite

If you organization has a license to raia - you can request an invite from the admin of your raia instance and you can sign up without a license key.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to setup your raia Account after recieving an invite from the admin of your raia Account. 

### Invite Email

The first step is to request an invite to the raia Org. You will receive an email that looks like this from **<raia@raiaai.com>** with the subject **"You’ve Been Invited to Join an Organization on Raia".**<br>

### Sign up Form

Once you click on the "Join Organization" button on the Email it will take you to this sign up form.

Please make sure you use a valid Mobile Phone number - because you will receive an SMS code to verify the phone in the next step.

### Verify Phone Number

The next screen will ask you to enter the code sent to your mobile phone via SMS.  If you do not receive a code it could mean you are in a country that is currently not authorized to receive codes - so please email <support@raiaai.com> to confirm.&#x20;

### Access Granted - next steps

Once you enter the code you will be logged into your raia Account. If you organization requires MFA you will see the screen below asking you to setup TOTP Password via a Authenticator application on your mobile device.

You can use any Authenticator Application to register raia. Here are links in case you do not have an authenticator application on your mobile device installed.

&#x20;Install the Authenticator App on your Mobile phone and then click on Confirm on the raia App.

After clicking confirm you will see this screen below. You will need to click "Enable TOTP Authentication"

Once you enable TOTP - it will show you a QR Code to scan into your Authenticator App. Scan your code into your Authenticator App. It should then show you a code to use to authenticate your device.

Once you scan the QR Code and click NEXT - it will ask for the code in your authenticator app.

Enter the code and click Next. It will ask if you want to save your recovery codes. You can save in a secure location. Then click Next and you will be logged into raia.\

Remember - everytime you login to raia you will need to provide a new code generated on your Authenticator Application on your mobile device.
