Connect MCP

Connect ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code or any other MCP-capable AI assistant to the raia documentation server. Once connected, your assistant can search and read these docs directly while it helps you.

Test the documentation connection

This is the public documentation server, not your agent's MCP endpoint. Ask your client to call list_docs with {"section":"Developers","limit":5}. The tool returns page titles and paths plus structured pages, total, and sections fields. If nothing matches, remove the section filter. The limit must be an integer from 1 to 300. The server also exposes search_docs and get_doc_page.

What your assistant can do

The server is read-only and public — no login or API key is required. A connected assistant can search the raia documentation, browse what pages exist, and read the full text of any page.

Connect from ChatGPT

  1. 1Open Settings → Connectors → Advanced in chatgpt.com
  2. 2Turn on Developer mode. If you don't see it, ask a ChatGPT admin in your workspace to enable it.
  3. 3Click “Create app”, name the connector “raia Docs” and paste the server URL above.
  4. 4Click “Create” to save the connector.
  5. 5Enable the app from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT a question about raia.

Connect from Claude

  1. 1Open the Claude custom connector dialog with the name and URL already filled in: Add raia Docs to Claude
  2. 2Review the details and click “Add”. If the prefilled dialog doesn't open, go to Claude's Connectors page, choose “Add custom connector”, name it “raia Docs” and paste the URL above.
  3. 3Enable the connector from the chat composer.
  4. 4Ask Claude a question about raia and it will read these docs.

Connect from Claude Code

Claude Code connects with a single terminal command — there is no config file to edit.

  1. 1Run the command above in a terminal.
  2. 2Start Claude Code and run /mcp to confirm raia-docs is connected.
  3. 3Ask Claude Code a question about raia.

Connect from other MCP clients

  1. 1Open your assistant's MCP server or custom connector settings.
  2. 2Create a new remote MCP server connection.
  3. 3Name it “raia Docs” and paste the server URL above.
  4. 4Complete any prompts your client shows to finish adding the server.
  5. 5Enable the connection, then ask your assistant about raia.

Refresh after the docs change

Assistants cache the list of available tools when they first connect. If we ship changes and your assistant seems out of date, refresh the connection.

ChatGPT

Open app preferences, select raia Docs under Enabled apps, and click Refresh next to “Information”. Then start a new chat.

Claude

Open the Connectors page, select the raia Docs connector and refresh or update its tools.

Claude Code

Start a new Claude Code session. If the URL changed, run claude mcp remove raia-docs and add it again.

Other clients

Open the connection in your client's settings, refresh or reload the server, then start a new chat or session.
