Creating an Account

Set up a new raia account directly or accept an invitation to an existing organization.

Before you start

Ask your organization administrator whether to accept an invitation or create a new organization. Follow the verification prompts in your account. Ask your administrator which MFA method and recovery process your organization uses.

Sign up via Invite

If your organization already has a license to raia, you can request an invite from the admin of your raia instance and sign up without a license key.

1. Invite email

Request an invite to the raia organization. You will receive an email from raia@raiaai.com with the subject "You've Been Invited to Join an Organization on Raia".

2. Sign up form

Click the Join Organization button in the email. It will open a sign-up form where you create your account password.

Note

Use a valid mobile phone number. You will receive an SMS code to verify the phone in the next step.

3. Verify phone number

Enter the SMS code sent to your mobile phone. If you do not receive a code, your country may not be authorized for SMS delivery — email support@raiaai.com to confirm.

4. Set up MFA (if required)

If your organization requires MFA, you will be asked to set up TOTP authentication using an authenticator app on your mobile device.

  • Install an authenticator app on your phone.
  • In raia, click Enable TOTP Authentication.
  • Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
  • Enter the code shown in the app and click Next.
  • Save your recovery codes in a secure location, then click Next to log in.

Tips for a smooth start
