The Integration Process Overview

Phase 1: Planning and Preparation

The Workflow Developer will start by identifying your Zoho Desk portal and generating the necessary API credentials using OAuth 2.0. A critical step in this phase is to define the scope of the data to be synced, such as specific ticket statuses or solution categories.
