How it works
Adobe RoboHelp imports a published RoboHelp output site. No credentials are needed as long as the output is publicly reachable.

Before you start
- A published RoboHelp responsive HTML5 output with a public URL

What you need to make the connection

Credentials are stored encrypted in raia Command and are never shown again after saving. Rotate them at the provider if they are exposed.

Setup steps

In raia Command, open Settings → Connectors, find the connector, and click Connect.

Enter the published RoboHelp site URL.

Run the import and check the page count in Sync History.
- 04
Choose the destination project folder, run the first import, then set a sync schedule. Every run is recorded in Sync History.
