Launch Campaign

CopilotRE allows you to quickly create and launch targeted campaigns. Simply fill in the required fields with the information you need. Once complete, select a contact list of leads to receive your campaign ads. The platform will handle the delivery, ensuring your message reaches the right audience.

With CopilotRE, you can easily choose how to reach your audience. When creating a campaign, select either Email or SMS as your delivery method. This allows you to tailor your message to the channel your leads are most likely to engage with. Switching between the two is simple, so you can adapt your approach based on your campaign goals.

Campaign Dashboard

After sending a campaign, CopilotRE provides detailed performance statistics so you can track engagement and results. You can pause a campaign at any time, make full edits to the message, and even switch to a different contact list. This flexibility ensures you can refine your approach while the campaign is active to maximize effectiveness.

The CopilotRE Campaign Statistics Dashboard provides a real-time view of campaign performance. It shows your send window, creation date, schedule, daily allotment, contact lists, and campaign purpose. Analytics track contacts, sent and failed messages, response rates, progress, replies, and conversation quality scores. A conversations table lists each contact’s details and allows filtering for quick review, making it easy to monitor and adjust campaigns on the fly.

Conversation Log

The Conversations tab in CopilotRE stores all conversation logs from launched campaigns. You can search, filter by score, or filter by campaign to quickly find specific interactions. This makes it easy to review past messages, track engagement, and reference any conversation when needed.

Contact List

Inside CopilotRE, the contact list stores the leads you can use in your campaigns. Each list can contain up to hundreds of names, giving you the flexibility to target large audiences while keeping all your lead data organized in one place.

Uploading a Contact List

Within CopilotRE, you can create tags to better organize your contacts. You also have the flexibility to either start a new list or add contacts to an existing one, making it easy to keep your lead database structured and ready for campaigns.

You can quickly import your leads or clients into CopilotRE by downloading your data as a CSV file and dragging it into the uploader. This simple process makes it easy to populate your contact lists and start building campaigns right away.

The Field Mapping step in CopilotRE lets you match your CSV columns to contact fields. First and Last Name are required, while Email and Phone Number can be added if available. This ensures each piece of data is correctly placed before finalizing your contact upload.

Here, you review a summary of your import, including total contacts, selected tags, and the target list. A sample contact preview shows how the data will appear.

Teams

The Teams tab allows organization owners to manage their entire team in one place. Owners can view all members, update their roles, and control access levels. Roles include Agent for workers and Admin for trusted users with higher permissions. From this tab, owners can also invite new members via email or remove existing ones, keeping the organization’s team structure up to date.
