Apollo
Bridge an Apollo API key into an MCP server so agents can search people and companies. Apollo keys can be scoped per endpoint — use a key limited to what the agent needs.
How it works
Apollo is a sales intelligence database. This connector bridges your Apollo API key into an MCP server, so an agent can search Apollo people and companies live instead of importing files.
Before you start
- An Apollo account
- An Apollo API key
- Access to raia Command
What you need to make the connection
| Field | Where to get it |
|---|---|
| LabelOptional | Any name that helps you recognize the account in Command. |
| Apollo API key | Created in Apollo per its documentation. Apollo keys can be scoped per endpoint — create a key limited to the endpoints the agent needs rather than a master key. |
Recommended practice: keep credentials private. If one is exposed, revoke or rotate it with the provider before reconnecting.
Setup steps
- 01
In raia Command, click Connectors in the left sidebar and open Apollo.
- 02
On the Setup tab, click Add account if the blank form is not already open.
- 03
Enter a Label (optional) and paste your Apollo API key, then click Save & verify.
Enter an optional Label and the Apollo API key, then click Save & verify. Check the connection status after saving. - Highlight 1: Label (optional)
- Highlight 2: Apollo API key
- Highlight 3: Save & verify
- 04
Check that the account shows as connected. Apollo is MCP-only: there is no import flow — agents query Apollo through the MCP tools.
- 05
If verification fails, confirm the key in Apollo, check that it is scoped to the endpoints you intend to use, and try again.
Good to know
