File Drop

A secure inbound webhook that lets outside parties send files into a knowledge folder without an account — with the same conversion, PII scanning, and retention rules as a manual upload.

A detailed setup guide for this connector is coming soon. In raia Command, open Settings → Connectors, select File Drop, and follow the in-app prompts. Authentication for this connector uses webhook secret.
