HelpJuice
Import knowledge base articles from a HelpJuice account, as one combined Markdown file or one file per article.
How it works
HelpJuice is a simple API-key import. Command pulls your knowledge base articles either as one combined Markdown file or one file per article.
Before you start
- A HelpJuice account
- Access to the HelpJuice account settings
What you need to make the connection

| API key | HelpJuice → Settings → API & Integrations → API key. |
| Account subdomain | The yourcompany part of yourcompany.helpjuice.com. |
Credentials are stored encrypted in raia Command and are never shown again after saving. Rotate them at the provider if they are exposed.
Setup steps

Copy the HelpJuice API key.

In raia Command, open Settings → Connectors, find the connector, and click Connect.

Enter the API key and subdomain.

Choose combined or per-article output and the destination folder.
- 05
Choose the destination project folder, run the first import, then set a sync schedule. Every run is recorded in Sync History.
