Import issues from a Jira Cloud project into a destination folder.
ImportMCP serverAuth: API token
How it works
Jira Cloud imports issues from a project using your Atlassian account email plus an API token, and can expose an MCP server for live issue queries.
01
Before you start
- A Jira Cloud site
- Browse Projects permission on the target project
02
What you need to make the connection
| Field | Where to get it |
|---|---|
| Site URL | https://yourcompany.atlassian.net. |
| Account email | The Atlassian account the token belongs to. |
| API token | id.atlassian.com → Security → Create and manage API tokens. |
| Project key | The short key shown in issue IDs, e.g. ENG in ENG-142. |
Credentials are stored encrypted in raia Command and are never shown again after saving. Rotate them at the provider if they are exposed.
