KnowledgeOwl
Connect a KnowledgeOwl knowledge base with its Project ID and an API key, then import articles.
How it works
KnowledgeOwl is a knowledge base product. Connect it with the knowledge base's Project ID and an API key, then import articles into a Command project folder.
Before you start
- A KnowledgeOwl account
- A KnowledgeOwl API key
- The knowledge base's Project ID
- A raia Command project with a destination folder
What you need to make the connection
| Field | Where to get it |
|---|---|
| Knowledge base Project ID | The KnowledgeOwl knowledge base's own ID — not your Command destination project. |
| LabelOptional | Any name that helps you recognize the account in Command. |
| API key | Created in KnowledgeOwl per its API documentation. |
Recommended practice: keep credentials private. If one is exposed, revoke or rotate it with the provider before reconnecting.
