Teams Meeting TranscriptsBeta
Import Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts and recordings metadata into a project folder.
How it works
Imports Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts and recording metadata into a project folder, using the same Entra ID app pattern as the Teams connector.
Before you start
- Teams meeting transcription enabled by policy
- An Entra ID app with the transcript Graph permissions and admin consent
What you need to make the connection
| Field | Where to get it |
|---|---|
| Tenant ID | Entra ID → Overview → Tenant ID. |
| Client ID | App registrations → your app → Application (client) ID. |
| Client secret | Certificates & secrets → New client secret (copy the Value). |
Credentials are stored encrypted in raia Command and are never shown again after saving. Rotate them at the provider if they are exposed.
Setup steps
- 01
Register (or reuse) an Entra ID app and add OnlineMeetingTranscript.Read.All with admin consent.
- 02
Configure an application access policy so the app can read the relevant users' meetings.
- 03
In raia Command, open Settings → Connectors, find the connector, and click Connect.
- 04
Enter the app credentials and select which users' meetings to import.
- 05
Choose the destination project folder, run the first import, then set a sync schedule. Every run is recorded in Sync History.
Good to know
- Transcripts only exist for meetings that were recorded/transcribed after the policy was enabled.
- Beta connector.
