Nothing disappears silently in Command. Deleted files land in the Archive until someone purges them, and every meaningful action is written to an activity timeline you can read per project or per member.

Archive
Deleted files move to the Archive rather than being purged. You only see archived files from projects you have access to. Restoring returns a file to its original folder where possible; permanent deletion takes a 2-step confirmation and is irreversible.

Activity logs
Activity pages show a timeline of project events — uploads, setting changes, AI actions, member changes, downloads — visible to Owners and Admins. Project Activity covers a single project; Member Activity shows what one teammate did across projects.

Notifications
Command emails users about conversion and processing results. Batch summary emails reduce noise, and per-category toggles let users opt out.
