Access in Command is granted per project and per organization, using five permission tiers plus folder-level overrides. Owners and Admins also get an approvals queue covering every pending invite in the active organization.

Inviting people
Send an invite from the project's Team page or the org-wide Team page and choose a role — a role template sets permissions automatically. Invitees are notified and must accept; invitations are auto-accepted on first sign-in. Pending invites are reviewable and cancellable from the Invitations tab.

Folder-level overrides
The Access drawer in the Data Room manages project membership and folder rules, so you can restrict or widen access to specific parts of a project without changing the project-level tier.

Multiple organizations
Users who belong to several organizations switch their management context on the Team and Connectors pages. Your primary organization is the earliest one you joined.

Invite Approvals
Org Owners and Admins get an Approvals tab listing every pending org and project invite in the active organization — not just the ones they sent. Filter by All, Active, Expired, or Email failed, search by email or scope, then Resend, Extend 7 days, or Revoke.
