Sub-tab: Limits

Set hard monthly caps on the resources the agent can use.

  • Tokens — caps the total LLM tokens consumed per billing period.
  • SMS messages — outbound SMS volume cap.
  • Emails sent — outbound email volume cap.
  • Voice minutes — total voice channel minutes cap.

Sub-tab: Usage

Real-time view of current consumption against the defined limits.

  • Dashboard polls every 60 seconds to keep numbers accurate.
  • Shows the percentage of each limit consumed for the current cycle.
