raia Command is the knowledge workspace that feeds your raia cX agents. You sign in, land on the Dashboard, and work through four main areas — Projects, Connectors, Teams, and Agents. Everything else in Command (the Data Room, AI workflows, reports, and settings) hangs off those four.
In this section
- Sign in, verify email, and complete MFA if your organization enforces it.
- Read the Dashboard: the 2×2 overview plus the Needs Attention panel.
- Navigate the sidebar — Main group, footer tools, and the collapse control.
- Switch between organizations and use deep links back into a folder.
What's inside
- 01
Signing in
Email + password or Google sign-in. Email verification is required before the first sign-in, and organizations that enforce two-factor authentication prompt for it at login. Password resets are self-service from the sign-in page.
- 02
Joining an organization
Signing up creates a personal organization automatically. Invitations to other organizations are auto-accepted on first sign-in, and a banner at the top of the app shows any invites still pending.
- 03
The Dashboard
A 2×2 overview of Projects, Connectors, Teams, and Agents — each block has View All and Learn More actions. A Needs Attention panel surfaces missing licenses, failed AI jobs, and connector sync errors; token and storage alerts appear just below the header.
- 04
Sidebar — Main
Dashboard, Projects (grouped by organization), Agents, Team, and Training (expands to Simulations and Human Feedback). The New Project button sits at the top; clicking the sparkles logo collapses the sidebar to icons and remembers your choice.
- 05
Sidebar — Footer
Reports, Connectors, Admin (internal admins only), and Help. Your account menu in the top-right opens Profile, Settings, Security, or sign out.
- 06
Organization switching & deep links
The organization picker at the top of Data Room, Team, and Connectors switches context, and your last-viewed organization is remembered. Data Room URLs include the project and folder, so any location can be bookmarked or shared.
Tip
Inside a project, the Data Room toolbar is the real control panel: Activity, Access, Project Report, Download MD Project, New Folder, Upload, and the AI actions all live there.
