How it works
raia CX connects your raia organizations so agents, conversations, and knowledge can be used across the platform. No external credentials are involved.

- An account with access to that organization

What you need to make the connection

Credentials are stored encrypted in raia Command and are never shown again after saving. Rotate them at the provider if they are exposed.

Setup steps

In raia Command, open Settings → Connectors, find the connector, and click Connect.

Select the raia CX organization to link.

Confirm; the organization becomes available across the app.
