ZohoBeta
Import from Zoho Desk, Projects, CRM, Books, and Sprints — all via one self-client OAuth grant.
How it works
Zoho uses a self-client OAuth grant created in the Zoho API Console. One grant covers Desk, Projects, CRM, Books, and Sprints.
Before you start
- A Zoho account with admin access to the relevant Zoho apps
- Your Zoho data centre (.com, .eu, .in, .com.au …)
What you need to make the connection
| Field | Where to get it |
|---|---|
| Client ID | api-console.zoho.com → Add Client → Self Client → Client Secret tab. |
| Client secret | Shown on the same Client Secret tab. |
| Grant token (code) | Self Client → Generate Code, with the scopes raia lists. Valid for a few minutes — paste it into Command straight away. |
| Data centre | Selected in Command so it calls the right Zoho region. |
Credentials are stored encrypted in raia Command and are never shown again after saving. Rotate them at the provider if they are exposed.
Setup steps
- 01
Create a Self Client in the Zoho API Console.
- 02
Generate a code with the scopes shown in the raia connector form.
- 03
In raia Command, open Settings → Connectors, find the connector, and click Connect.
- 04
Paste the client ID, client secret, and grant code, and pick your data centre.
- 05
Select the Zoho modules to import and the destination folder.
- 06
Choose the destination project folder, run the first import, then set a sync schedule. Every run is recorded in Sync History.
Good to know
- The grant code expires within minutes — generate it right before pasting it.
- Zoho is currently a beta connector.
