How it works
Autotask PSA (Datto) authenticates with a dedicated API user. Command imports tickets into a project folder.

Before you start
- An Autotask PSA instance
- Admin rights to create an API user

What you need to make the connection
| Field | Where to get it |
|---|---|
| API username | Autotask → Admin → Resources (Users) → New API User. Copy the generated username. |
| Secret | Generated with the API user — copy it immediately. |
| Integration code (tracking identifier) | Provided when the API user is created, under API Tracking Identifier. |
Credentials are stored encrypted in raia Command and are never shown again after saving. Rotate them at the provider if they are exposed.

Setup steps

Create an API user in Autotask with an API-only security level.

Copy the username, secret, and integration code.

In raia Command, open Settings → Connectors, find the connector, and click Connect.

Enter the three values and save.

Choose the destination project folder, run the first import, then set a sync schedule. Every run is recorded in Sync History.
