HubSpot
Import knowledge base articles and tickets, plus a native MCP server exposing HubSpot CRM tools.
How it works
HubSpot connects with OAuth or a private app token. Beyond importing knowledge base articles and tickets, HubSpot exposes a native MCP server so agents can query CRM records live.
Before you start
- A HubSpot account
- Permission to create a private app or approve OAuth
What you need to make the connection
| Field | Where to get it |
|---|---|
| Private app access tokenOptional | HubSpot → Settings → Integrations → Private Apps → Create → copy the token (starts with pat-). |
| OAuth authorizationOptional | Alternative to the token — sign in and approve the scopes raia requests. |
Credentials are stored encrypted in raia Command and are never shown again after saving. Rotate them at the provider if they are exposed.
Setup steps
- 01
Create a private app with CRM and knowledge scopes, or choose OAuth.
- 02
In raia Command, open Settings → Connectors, find the connector, and click Connect.
- 03
Paste the token or complete the OAuth flow.
- 04
Select objects to import, and enable the MCP server if you want live CRM tools.
- 05
Choose the destination project folder, run the first import, then set a sync schedule. Every run is recorded in Sync History.
Good to know
- Scopes are fixed at private-app creation — add scopes there, then reconnect.
