Movidesk

Bridge a Movidesk API token into an MCP server so agents can query tickets.

MCP serverAuth: API token

How it works

Movidesk is a helpdesk. This connector bridges your Movidesk API token into an MCP server so agents can query tickets live.

01

Before you start

  • A Movidesk account
  • A Movidesk API token
  • Access to raia Command
02

What you need to make the connection

FieldWhere to get it
LabelOptionalAny name that helps you recognize the account in Command.
Movidesk API tokenAsk your Movidesk administrator to create a token with the access this connection needs. Follow the current token instructions for your Movidesk account and keep it private.

Recommended practice: keep credentials private. If one is exposed, revoke or rotate it with the provider before reconnecting.

Setup steps

  1. 01

In raia Command, click Connectors in the left sidebar and open Movidesk.

  2. 02

On the Setup tab, click Add account if the blank form is not already open.

  3. 03

Enter a Label (optional) and paste your Movidesk API token, then click Save & verify.

Enter an optional Label and the Movidesk API token, then click Save & verify. Check the connection status after saving.
    1. Highlight 1: Label (optional)
    2. Highlight 2: Movidesk API token
    3. Highlight 3: Save & verify
  4. 04

Check that the account shows as connected. Movidesk is MCP-only: there is no import flow — agents query tickets through the MCP tools.

  5. 05

If verification fails, confirm the token with your Movidesk administrator and try again.

04

Good to know

  • The provider-side click sequence, key rotation effects, and exact rate limits are not documented here because the provider page could not be read during verification.
