Qualitor
Connect a Qualitor instance with its URL, username, password, and company ID, then import.
How it works
Qualitor is a helpdesk. Connect an instance with its URL, username, password, and company ID, then import.
Before you start
- A Qualitor instance
- A Qualitor username and password
- Your company ID
- A raia Command project with a destination folder
What you need to make the connection
| Field | Where to get it |
|---|---|
| Instance URL | The address of your Qualitor instance. |
| Username | Your Qualitor username. |
| Password | Your Qualitor password. |
| Company ID | Your actual Qualitor Company ID, confirmed with your Qualitor administrator. |
| LabelOptional | Any name that helps you recognize the account in Command. |
| Custom WSDL URLOptional | Only if your instance uses a non-standard WSDL address. |
Recommended practice: keep credentials private. If one is exposed, revoke or rotate it with the provider before reconnecting.
