The Chat Widget

The widget sits on your website (usually bottom-right) and can open automatically or wait for a click. It supports:

  • Text & voice: users type or talk directly to the agent.
  • File uploads: users can share documents or images for the agent to analyze.
  • Quick links: pre-configured buttons (Pricing, Support Docs) to guide common requests instantly.

Design Customization

How to Get Started

    Configure the Skill

    In raia Command, open your agent's Skills tab and add the Live Chat Skill.

    Customize Appearance

    Set brand colors, upload an avatar, and write the welcome message.

    Set Restrictions

    Define operational hours, required user info, and any IP/Geo restrictions.

  4. 04

    Embed the Code

    Copy the provided JavaScript snippet and paste it into the <head> of your website.

Always generate a Security Key before going live. Without it, anyone can copy your Agent ID and embed your agent on their own site.
